1. General information

  1. These Terms govern the use of the SeasonID website available at [seasonid.com].
  2. The Service is operated by SeasonID (“Provider”).

2. Scope of services

  1. SeasonID provides an online personal color analysis based on a photo uploaded by the User.
  2. The Service includes:
    • identification of a personal color season,
    • preparation of a digital PDF report,
    • delivery of results via email.
  3. The Service is provided online only.
  4. Results are advisory and subjective and do not constitute professional or medical advice.

3. User requirements

  1. Users must be at least 18 years old.
  2. The User confirms ownership of rights to the uploaded photo.

4. Delivery

  1. Results are delivered within 24 hours of successful payment and correct photo upload.

5. Payments and withdrawal rights

  1. Payments are processed via third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe).
  2. By purchasing the Service, the User expressly agrees to the immediate performance of a digital service and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal once the service has begun, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
  3. Nothing in these Terms affects statutory consumer rights, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK).

6. Intellectual property

  1. All content provided as part of the Service is protected by intellectual property laws.
  2. Reports are for personal use only.

7. Liability

  1. The Provider’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service.

8. Personal data and photos

  1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  2. Uploaded photos are used solely for providing the Service unless the User gives explicit additional consent, including consent for training and improving automated color analysis models.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

  1. These Terms are governed by applicable law.
  2. Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of mandatory protections granted by the laws of their country of residence within the European Union or the United Kingdom.
