1. General information

  1. These Terms set out the rules for using the SeasonID website available at [seasonid.com] (the “Service”).
  2. The owner of the Service is SeasonID (the “Provider”).
  3. Contact with the Provider: contact@seasonid.com.
  4. Use of the Service means acceptance of these Terms.

2. Scope of services

  1. The Provider offers an online color analysis service based on a photo uploaded by the User.
  2. The Service includes:
    • identification of beauty type (color season),
    • preparation of a digital report (PDF),
    • sending the results to the User’s email address.
  3. The Service is provided online only.
  4. Results of the analysis are advisory and subjective and do not constitute medical or professional advice.

3. User requirements

  1. Users must be at least 18 years old.
  2. The User declares that:
    • the uploaded photo shows only the User,
    • the User has rights to the uploaded photo,
    • the information provided is true.
  3. Uploading photos of third parties or unlawful content is prohibited.

4. Order fulfillment

  1. Analysis results are delivered within 24 hours from payment confirmation and correct photo upload.
  2. In the case of low photo quality, the Provider may request a new photo.

5. Payments and withdrawal rights

  1. Payments are processed online via a payment operator (e.g. Stripe).
  2. The service price is provided before purchase.
  3. Pursuant to Article 38(13) of the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, the User loses the right of withdrawal if they consented to the start of a digital service before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

6. Intellectual property

  1. Reports and other content made available in the Service are protected by copyright law.
  2. The report is intended for personal use only.

7. Liability

  1. The Provider is not liable for subjective dissatisfaction with the analysis results.
  2. The Provider’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service.

8. Personal data and photos

  1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  2. Photos uploaded by the User are used solely to provide the Service, unless the User gives separate, voluntary consent for other purposes, in particular for training and improving automated color analysis models.

9. Complaints

  1. Complaints may be submitted to: contact@seasonid.com.
  2. Complaints are reviewed within 14 days.

10. Governing law

  1. These Terms are governed by Polish law.
  2. Consumers are entitled to mandatory rights arising from European Union law and the law of their country of residence.
